Some updates about Version 2
Hey everyone, we’re hard at work on version 2 of TheInterviewr, which will feature lots of changes.
The site will allow you to organize interviews by contacts, organizations or tags. It will also feature reminders down to 30 minutes before the call is scheduled to begin, let you schedule video interviews as well as phone interviews, and also handle optional auto-calling.
We’re also working on allowing more than 2 people to take part in an interview, but that will come on version 2.5
We’ve also partnered with another group to offer transcription services, which we’ll post more details about shortly.
We’ll be rolling these out over the next month, with a full launch of version 2 scheduled for the middle of December, if not sooner.
In short, this is a very exciting time at TheInterviewr and we are happy to have everyone on board as we build towards our next version.

The Link: TheInterviewer: An Easy Way to Manage and Record Phone Conversations
I’m fresh off a half dozen telephone interviews this week alone, and I can tell you that they can be grueling affairs. Sometimes I use Google Voice to record phone calls, but it’s not always convenient. For example, Google Voice will only record incoming calls, not calls I place myself. And certain kinds of calls — especially ones for hiring interviews — require me to locate and open notes before the scheduled time, which taxes my organizational abilities. I’ve found a new site that wants to simplify my phone interviews.
